We help organisations hire the right leaders, build capability centres, grow their people and make better decisions about how they pay and structure their teams. About Us
ElementSkill began with a simple belief: most hiring and people problems are not about finding more people. They are about understanding what a role truly needs and what a person truly brings. Our founder, Reetu Raina, spent 25 years in corporate HR leadership, rising to Chief Human Resources Officer and managing teams across geographies around the world. She saw the same gaps repeat in every organisation: hiring done in a hurry, leadership development that never reached the people who needed it, and pay decisions made without good data. In 2023 she started ElementSkill to close those gaps from the outside, with the experience of someone who had lived them from the inside.
