Based on transformation she drove at Quick Heal for creating high performance culture a case study was published by prestigious Ivey Publishing.
She is a recipient of various prestigious awards, and the most recent one was the HER-oes Award given to her by Maneka Gandhi. She is also a TEDx speaker and frequently gives talks at various prestigious institutes IIT’s and IIM’s.
She started Elementskill to widely share her expertise and help industries to establish various facets of HR towards building the right culture, leadership and employee experience.
