VP and Global Head of Talent Management – Amdocs: Lead talent management function across the globe encompassing Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Well Being

CHRO : Quick Heal Technologies : : Redesigned the organization structure to drive growth in the enterprise sector, led key leadership hiring, facilitated cultural transformation, implemented talent acquisition strategies and focused on employee engagement and retention.

Head of HR – Sterlite Technologies (STL) :: Lead role-based transformation efforts, created a hybrid model for workforce planning and integrated an acquired software business into the Sterlite Group.

Director Corporate HR Amdocs:I mplemented change management initiatives, introduced performance management system enhancements and designed the Employee Value Proposition for Amdocs globally.
